Data Deletion

You can delete your Crocus Bag account and all the personal data attached to it — profile info, listings, messages, and offers — at any time, yourself, without contacting us.

Sign in, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This also removes any account created by signing in through Google, Facebook, or Apple.

If you signed up through Facebook and removed Crocus Bag from your Facebook app settings instead of deleting your account here, email [email protected] with the email address or name on your account and we'll delete it on your behalf within 30 days.
