Terms of Service

Crocus Bag is a classifieds platform — we give people a place to list items and chat with each other about buying and selling them. We are not a party to any sale, we never take possession of listed items, and we don't handle payment or delivery between buyers and sellers.

Everything in a listing — the description, photos, price, and condition of an item — is written and supplied by the seller, not by us. We don't inspect, verify, authenticate, or take ownership of anything listed on the site.

Crocus Bag is not responsible for counterfeit, fake, misdescribed, illegal, stolen, or otherwise problematic items listed by users. We simply display what sellers submit. Any deal you make is strictly between you and the other user, and you take it on at your own risk.

Buyers and sellers are each responsible for using good judgement: meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying, and use secure payment methods. If something looks off, don't proceed — and report the listing or user to us so we can look into it.

You need an account to list items, make offers, or message other users. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything posted under your account.

You may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or that infringe someone else's rights, and you may not use Crocus Bag to harass, scam, or mislead other users. We can remove listings and suspend or close accounts that violate this.

Crocus Bag is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability of the service, or the conduct of any user. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crocus Bag and its team are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction, interaction, or item listed between users — including, without limitation, losses from counterfeit or misrepresented goods, failed deals, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use Crocus Bag after an update means you accept the revised terms.
